Welcome to Ingoldisthorpe Village Website

The village website has arrived and will be developed over the next year. It will have the minutes of the Parish Council meetings. Eventually it will be available for villagers to use for social and business issues. Watch this space!

The next parish council meeting is on Wednesday 6th June 2012 at 19.00 in the village hall
The 1948 Torch Trail will be coming through Ingoldisthorpe on Saturday 2nd June - Stage 6 : 10.40am : Ingoldisthorpe-Snettisham: Sandy Lane - Station Road. The two local runners Hannah Arnold and Anthony Kelly, both local teenagers, will be running the stage.
Paul Brandon (1948 Torch Trail Coordinator) West Norfolk Sports Council is heading this up.
Villagers might like to turn out and cheer Hannah & Anthony on.

The new village sign will be un-veiled by Mr James Wilson the Parish Council Chairman on Saturday 9th June at 2.15pm.There will be a Diamond Jubilee Tea from 2.30pm.
The Ingoldisthorpe Sports and Social Club had a well attended opening. It is open for business so please come and support.

There is a West Norfolk partnership campaign led by the borough council to bring super-fast broadband to King's Lynn and West Norfolk. However they require your help. Please register your interest at www.fasterfuture.co.uk
The Campaign to Protect Rural England would like to establish a nationwide litter warden network. They will supply equipment and pay the warden in each parish £100 a year for a maximum of three years. For details of the post contact Paul Wiley on 01263 713572.
